Do you often feel these symptoms?

 Tired & fatigued

  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Strong sugar and carb cravings
  • Irritable and moody
  • Anxious or depressed
  • Brain fog
  • Constantly getting sick
  • Digestive issues

Most of us live with these symptoms, and think it's normal.

Our natural state is to feel good and energized, so it's quite concerning when almost every person you meet now a days has mental health issues, or low energy.

This truly isn't the way things are supposed to be and it's due to an imbalance in the way we're living and treating our bodies. Take a look around at everyone's diet, we are pumping ourselves full of refined carbs and sugar on a daily basis, it's no wonder we feel crappy.

Before I go too much further, please note that the symptoms  listed can be due to many different health problems, so it's always best to get things checked by your doctor, this is not medical advice and is only for informational purposes.

However, In my case and many others, these symptoms are due to a candida yeast overgrowth in the gut. Candida is a bad yeast in your gut that is fed by sugar and carbohydrates. Every time you eat a big sugary or high carb meal  yeast is fed and is able to multiply and grow.

When you continuously feed this yeast with sugar and carbohydrates, it eventually leads to a yeast overgrowth in your gut, causing an array of health problems. You can begin to starve this yeast and allow it to die off by eating a low sugar, low carbohydrate diet. This takes away its fuel source of sugar and allows an opportunity for healthy bacteria to gain a foothold.

This is one of the main reasons there is a detox period when you quit sugar and go low carb, the Candida yeast is dying and is being released.

Even though it feels bad, it’s actually your body going through a healing process. Something you can try, is to incorporate probiotics into your regime.

After you quit sugar, and the bad yeast and bacteria starts to die, you can start to replenish your body with some good healthy bacteria.

This will help significantly with getting your candida yeast under control and speeding up the time it takes to achieve a healthy gut!

You wouldn't believe the amount of health problems or negative symptoms that are caused by this overgrowth of candida yeast.

In my case, my candida yeast overgrowth manifested in the form of acne, low energy levels, inability to lose weight, and extreme depression and anxiety.

However, it doesn't have to be this way.

I promise you the health and wellness your going to feel from going on a low sugar, low carb diet, and curing this candida overgrowth will be so much more valuable, and pleasurable, then eating that pizza, or drinking that soda could ever be!

xx
