Keto Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 cup of nut or coconut milk
  • 1 tb of brown sugar free sweetener to taste - i used this amazing sugar replacement, but you can use any keto sweetener.

 Mix Chia seeds with milk and sweetener and stir to combine. Allow to chill, stirring occasionally. Overnight is best or at least a few hours. Top with cream, berries,  and the sugar free jam for a real treat. I topped mine with flaked almonds too.
