Are my details secure?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are set in AU Dollars.

Yes. you can use paypal or use our secure processing system. The shopping cart is hosted on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. In other words, your data is secure. Its something we take very seriously.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally speaking please allow 2 days to 1 week for delivery, unless specified.

You'll be able to track your order.

You'll receive tracking once your item ships, and be able to follow its progress. You'll also be notified of any changes.

 Following is the progress of your order:

  1. First: After you finish your order, it will be captured and transfer to "Processing" process. This process would take 1-2 days to complete.
  2. Second: After the "Processing" process, your order will be ready to shipped out. We will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order. 

* Please note that shipping in Holiday season would take a few days more than usual.

 

Why is the amount on my parcel different to what I paid?

Sometimes we put a lower amount to save you paying extra for your item at customs.

 Why didn't my order all come at once? 

Sometimes orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

Refunds and exchanges

We always try to bring the best quality product to customers. However, there are many factors that affect negatively to the quality.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please  contact us by sending an email to lazyketones@gmail.com, tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos which clearly show the problem. 

There are 3 options that we can offer you, we will send you a replacement, or you return our product to get a full refund or you can keep the product and we refund you 50%. Please be informed that you can only choose 1 of 3 options above, and it is the final solution for your request.

 Wrong addresses

In case of you providing an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to comfortandlace@gmail.com and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you and advise asap.
